By using Citedy, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our platform provides AI-powered SEO and GEO analysis tools for professionals and businesses.
To use most features, you'll need to create an account. Keep your password secure and don't share access with others.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior may lead to immediate termination.
We offer various plans with different credit limits:
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next cycle.
- Credits represent platform usage and don't have cash value.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Purchased credits remain in your account and do not expire.
- Credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
When upgrading or downgrading between plans, we apply prorated credits to your next invoice. These credits represent unused time from your previous plan and are applied automatically to future charges.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Our SEO and GEO tools should be used fairly. You agree not to:
- Scrape our platform or attempt to bypass technical limitations.
- Reverse engineer our AI models or proprietary algorithms.
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates rights.
Citedy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us.
Our SEO reports and generated data are provided for your business use. You retain rights to the content you upload, but grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
We provide Citedy "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
