How to Request
If you need a DPA for your procurement or compliance review, email [email protected] with your workspace name and the legal entity details. Our contracting entity is TEMNIKOVA LDA (Portugal).
We may ask you to verify workspace ownership and provide any required signatory information.
What It Covers
- Processing instructions and permitted purposes
- Confidentiality, security measures, and access controls
- Subprocessor engagement and notifications
- Assistance with DSAR requests (where applicable)
- Deletion/return of service data at termination (subject to legal hold)
