DSAR (Privacy Requests)

Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request (DSAR).

• Your account email and workspace name/slug
• Request type: access / export / correction / deletion
• Any relevant date ranges (if applicable)

To protect your data, we verify that the requester is authorized for the workspace. This may include requiring the request to come from the workspace owner email or asking for additional proof of control.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 72 hours and to complete them within 30 days where applicable. Complex requests may require additional time as permitted by law.

Some billing, security, and audit logs may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service.
